Return & Exchange Policy

At Naiwear, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or final sale products.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible items. Just initiate the exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@naiwear.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@naiwear.com. We’ll make it right.
